These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all services provided by JitoBlog through the PDFMex platform (jitoblog.com). By using any service, the user agrees to these GTC in their entirety.
PDFMex provides digital file conversion services including but not limited to: PDF to image conversion, image to PDF, file compression, watermarking, PDF merging and splitting. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. The 20% annual discount is applied at checkout and reflected in the annual price. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
Payments are processed by authorized third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, MercadoPago). JitoBlog does not store payment card data. All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.
Files uploaded for processing are stored temporarily (maximum 24 hours) and deleted automatically. JitoBlog does not read, analyze, or share file contents with third parties.
Users retain all rights to their uploaded files. By using the service, users grant JitoBlog a temporary, limited license to process files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
JitoBlog's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. JitoBlog is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These GTC are governed by Mexican law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
